1. Single flats

Single storey houses are single storey houses in Sri Lanka. Living in a fully-fledged single-storey house is a greater relief than living in a half-built two-story house for the rest of your life, as it costs about twice as much as a single-story house. 2. Two-storey or multi-storey houses.

 

Multi-storey houses are more suitable for those who are financially strong. Or you can think of an apartment if you can get a large loan from a bank and repay it in installments without any hassle.

Multi-storey houses are suitable for small plots of land as well as large plots of land. If you have a small plot of land, you can manage the space available and build a two-storey house with good space. Even on an urban land of about 7 to 8 perches, there is a garden of about 3 perches. You can build a modern style beautiful well spacious apartment with.

If the family has more people, that is, more than five people, a two-story house would be more appropriate.

 

It is common practice to use elements such as the living room, dining room, pantry or kitchen, garage, staff room, guest room, bathroom downstairs, and personal elements such as bedrooms, TV room, lobby, balcony, bathroom or several upstairs. As I said before, a two-storey house costs about twice as much as a single-storey house.
