Multi-storey houses are more suitable for those who are financially strong. Or you can think of an apartment if you can get a large loan from a bank and repay it in installments without any hassle.
Multi-storey houses are suitable for small plots of land as well as large plots of land. If you have a small plot of land, you can manage the space available and build a two-storey house with good space. Even on an urban land of about 7 to 8 perches, there is a garden of about 3 perches. If the family has more people, that is, more than five people, a two-story house would be more appropriate.
